DISCLAIMER

With the basis of the business being handmade and the owner/creator being “visually impaired”(registered SSI-severely sight impaired) please expect and accept some imperfections.

For example,

WAX MELTS may differ in thickness or weights. This is due to the method of being hand poured, the average weight is 25g most are over this weight (and in mist cases 30g) but none are under. Any that are under are sold as WAXIDENTS.

CUSTOM WAXES where these are painted the edges may not be clean cut, but obviously doesn’t affect the performance of the scent.

FROSTING this happens on wax melts mainly and is what can be seen as “white patches” again thus doesn’t affect the performance of the scent.

With any other products that require finer details to the eye, we have people to check over these before being sent out in orders.

OPEN BOX SERVICE

this service is available for you to save money on postage by combining a few parcels into one. You accept you will have ti close it after 90 days of opening it, you’ll be reminded of this. If after 97 days you haven’t closed the box items will be restocked and resold.  You can close ant time before 90 days.The prices are as follows

0g-2kg ÂŁ4.95

2kg-5kg ÂŁ9.95

5kg+10kg ÂŁ14.95

10kg-20kg ÂŁ18.95 20kg is maximum weight.

POSTAL

we post and Fridays and use Royal Mail. The reason we use Royal Mail is the ensure full value of insurance should your parcel go missing or arrive damaged. We advised tracked services so you can be updated via text or email with information regarding your delivery. We cannot raise any enquiries on missing mail until 14 working days have passed from it being posted, (Saturdays, Sundays & bank holidays not included) we ask you wait until this period is up before contacting us regarding this as Royal Mail will not raise a claim until this point. Tracked is much easier to find and recommended to use where possible, although it states 48 hour tracked Royal Mail inform us this is not a guarantee only a delivery aim and can take up to 15 days during busy seasonal periods, bank holidays and other issues that may arise. 
you agree to not email/message regarding the whereabouts of your order until 14 working days have passed (this is Royal Mails terms and conditions, see terms of service for more info, Saturdays, Sundays & bank holidays aren't included) of it being posted. If you choose tracked postage, which is advised the best method, you will receive the tracking information on your confirmation email for you to check youtself in the first 14 days delivery period.
