free postage is available ONLY on these sample packs by choosing the sample size pack at checkout, these are on the shipping list. If you have other items in your order the free postage option won’t show, or if you have multiple sample pack it won’t show either. Free postage is Royal Mail 2nd class, if you need Tracked you’ll need to select the paid option.

if you do select other items and select free postage such as local collevtion or open box, then your order will not be shipped until postage is paid.
